Two kinds of partner make the service work: inspectors and QC engineers who can be at a factory in Bac Ninh or Da Nang the same week, and factories that let a third party onto the floor. If that is you, register below. We reply within 24 business hours.
Freelance inspectors by province
We take visits in the South ourselves. For the North and the Central coast, and when two visits fall on the same day, we engage freelance inspectors who know the product category and can reach the factory by road.
- Factory QC or inspection experience in one of our product categories
- Able to measure against a drawing and write findings in English
- Own basic tools: calliper, tape, camera, moisture meter or coating gauge as relevant
- Reachable provinces listed honestly; travel is paid, but a two-hour drive each way changes the plan
- Same-day or next-morning report with photos
Vietnam factories we should know about
Buyers we work for sometimes need a second source, or a replacement after a failed audit. We keep a short list of factories that have shown us the floor. Registering puts you on it. It does not buy a recommendation.
- Open to a third-party audit and to inspections during the run
- Export experience to the US, the EU, Japan or Korea
- A documented QC system; certificates we may verify with the issuing body
- Processes and capacity described plainly, with photos of the floor

Questions from partners
How are inspectors paid?
On terms agreed with you before the first job, including travel outside your home province. You invoice us; the buyer is our client and does not pay you directly.
Do I need my own gauges and tools?
For most jobs yes: calliper, tape, moisture meter or coating gauge depending on the category. Say what you own in the form. Product-specific gauges are supplied by the buyer or the factory.
What does a factory get from registering?
A place on the list we look at when a buyer we work for needs a second source or a replacement. We do not sell leads and we do not promise orders. An audit, when a buyer asks for one, is at the buyer’s cost.
Can a factory pay to be recommended?
No. We work for the buyer only. That is what makes our audit reports worth reading.
