We Work for the Buyer, Not for the Factory
VN Mfg Control is an independent manufacturing control service based in Ho Chi Minh City. We audit factories, inspect during the run and before shipment, control orders and follow the schedule for international buyers who have a factory in Vietnam and nobody on the floor.
Your person at the factory
You chose the supplier and placed the order. We are the person who stands on that floor at first article, mid-run and packing, talks to the production manager in Vietnamese every day and sends you one page in English every week. When something is wrong you hear it from us first, with photos, while it can still be fixed.
The service is run from Ho Chi Minh City by an engineer who has spent years placing and following orders with Vietnamese factories for overseas buyers. Visits in the South are ours; in the North and the Central coast we work with freelance inspectors we brief and check.
Why a report that says fail is safe to write
We do not own or part-own any factory we inspect, and we work for the buyer only, under a contract with the buyer. There is no one else in the arrangement whose interest we could serve.
What you will not find here
No client logos, no "hundreds of inspections", no certifications we cannot show you the certificate for, no testimonials. What we can show you is a sample audit report, a sample visit report and a sample weekly status with names removed, and a scope and contract in writing before the first visit. Ask on the call.
What we do not do
- Find factories. This service is for buyers who have one.
- Buy or hold goods, or route your payment to the factory.
- Work for a factory, or accept anything from one.
- Run social compliance audits. We point you to an accredited body.
- Take food, pharmaceutical or high-volume garment work.
